We charge a simple percentage of booking revenue: 15% for Co-Hosting, 20% for Full Management and 25% for Premium / Luxury. There is no setup fee and no hidden charges. Cleaning is paid by guests through the cleaning fee.
Our trained in-house housekeeping team cleans after every stay using a 60-point hotel-grade checklist, manages fresh linen and towels, and restocks toiletries and essentials.
Every guest is ID-verified, and we document the property with photos after every checkout. If damage occurs we handle the claim with Airbnb AirCover or the platform's protection programme and coordinate repairs, keeping you informed throughout.
Absolutely. Block any dates you want through your owner dashboard or by messaging your account manager, and we will keep the calendar closed across all platforms.
There are no long lock-in contracts. Our agreements run month to month with a 30-day notice period, because we would rather keep you with results than paperwork.
You receive a payout by bank transfer between the 5th and 10th of every month, along with a detailed statement of bookings, revenue, fees and expenses.
Yes. We guide you through Rajasthan Tourism homestay or paying-guest registration where applicable, Form C reporting for foreign guests, and GST questions, working with your chartered accountant where needed.
